Rolling into the fifth consecutive years in Asia, the Avery Dennison's Leadership Development Program("LDP") is the company's long-term commitment in incubating future leaders for the company and the industry as a whole. A two-year training program, the LDP provides a well-designed, comprehensive training program for fresh graduates in renowned tertiary institutions in the Asia Pacific Region to build up professional knowledge and expertise in selected areas.Graduates of the Program will then be assigned to various functional positions in the organization in accordance with their interests and skill sets to align their personal career aspirations with the business objectives. Continued resources will be devoted to further equip them with supervisory and management skills to progressively taking up leadership role in their functions.

Printing, Mechanic, Mechanic/Electrical, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Engineering.

For the CLDP Program(Commercial Leadership Development Program):

For the FLDP Program (Financial Leadership Development Program):
Finance, Audit, Economics and Business related.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor degree
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Solid academic/technical knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy working as a team
  • Fast learning ability; adapt to new environment quickly
  • Willing to rotate to other cities in China or other countries for short-term or long-term
